Yes, you can cancel or postpone your service at any time. There are NO CONTRACTS EVER. We make it as easy as possible for you to text, e-mail or call to change or cancel services.

Can my dog be outside while you are servicing the property?

We love dogs and in most cases that is fine. However, if your dog is protective of your backyard it is much better to have him/her indoors on the day of service. We want to make sure your pooch and our employees are both protected.

How will I be charged?

Recurring Service (weekly, bi-weekly, twice weekly) invoices will be emailed on the day you prefer between the 1st-15th each month. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date. We offer secure auto drafting, you can choose a date between the 1st and 15th of each month to have your card on file auto drafted for that months services.

What if I go on vacation or the dog wont be home for weeks?

Just let us know at least 24 hours before your service day. You can start and stop your service whenever you need to.

What if it's raining?

Most rain days are mild and we can scoop with no problems. If we get extreme rain downpour we will try to make up the missed work that same week. If we cannot make up the work that week, we will pick up the extra poop on your next scheduled visit.

Do you service on holidays?

No scooping on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day or Labor Day. If your service falls on one of these days we will clean your yard either directly before or after the holiday.

Do you offer one-time service calls?

Yes, This is a popular option with property managers, realtors and before any outdoor events.

Why should I be concerned about cleaning up after my dog?

Contrary to popular belief, dog feces is not fertilizer and does not provide any benefit to the soil. Dog waste contains many harmful toxins and is responsible for transmitting such diseases which are transferable to humans.
